Clause 10

Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsections (4) and (5) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) Where the Council is of the opinion that any organisation or person has rendered outstanding social service, the Council may invite such organisation or person to be an honorary Council member for such period as the Council thinks fit.”.
