Clause 4

Section 6 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsections (1) and (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) All Board members shall have the right to vote on any issue at the meetings of the Council and of the Board, except in relation to the election of Board members under section 5(1)(b)(i), (g) and (h).”.
