Amendment of section 13

Section 13(6) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “The office of the Chairman shall be vacated if the Chairman” in the 1st and 2nd lines and substituting the words “The office of the Chairman, any Vice-Chairman or any other member appointed under subsection (2) shall be vacated if he”.
