Amendment of section 89

Section 89 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “tax” in subsection (1) and in the 3rd line of subsection (4), the word “, interest”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “tax,” in subsection (2), the word “interest,”.
