Clause 2

Section 2(1) of the Building Control Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended by inserting, immediately after the definition of “accredited checker”, the following definition:“ “accredited checking organisation” means an accredited checking organisation registered as such under section 16A;”.
