Amendment of section 10
Section 10 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately before the words “qualified person” in the 3rd line of subsection (1), the word “appropriate”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “a site supervisor or qualified person, the qualified person” in the 3rd and 4th lines of subsection (2) and substituting the words “an appropriate qualified person or a site supervisor, the appropriate qualified person”.
