Clause 13

Repeal of Acts

The following Acts are repealed:

(a)

Land Officers Powers Act (Cap. 154);

(b)

Preservation of the Peace Act (Cap. 240);

(c)

Prevention of Crimes Act (Cap. 242); and

(d)

Tin and Tin-Ore (Disclosure of Smelters’ Stocks) Act (Cap. 326).
