Clause 20

In any written law and in any document, any reference to the repealed Oaths Act, the repealed Oaths of Office and Allegiance Act or the repealed Statutory Declarations Act shall be treated as a reference to the Act.

Section 129(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Penal Code,” in paragraph (b), the words “or section 14 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 2000,”.
