Amendment of section 32

Section 32 of the Accountants Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (j) and substituting the following paragraph:“(j)is imposed with any order of the Board referred to in section 21(2);”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (l) and substituting the following paragraph:“(l)is disciplined by the Council or any committee appointed by the Council;”.
