Amendment of section 53
Section 53 of the Accountants Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “attempts to procure” in the 1st line of paragraph (a), the words “approval as an accounting corporation,”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “Register of Public Accountants” in paragraph (b), the words “, the Register of Public Accounting Corporations”.
