Clause 24

by inserting, immediately after the words “as such,” in the 2nd line of subsection (1), the words “and no accounting corporation shall in connection with its business of providing public accountancy services,”;

by deleting “$2,000” in subsection (1)(e) and substituting “$5,000”;

by inserting, immediately after the words “as such” in the 3rd line of subsection (2), the words “, or no accounting corporation shall in connection with its provision of public accountancy services, as the case may be,”;

by inserting, immediately after the words “public accountant” in subsection (3), the words “or an accounting corporation”; and (e)by inserting, immediately after the words “public accountant” in subsections (4) and (5), the words “or accounting corporation”.
