Clause 26

Section 5 shall not apply in respect of any person who is refused registration as a public accountant before the commencement of this Act.

This Act shall not apply to any inquiry or proceeding of a disciplinary nature commenced or pending before any Inquiry Committee or the Public Accountants Board before the commencement of this Act, and such inquiry or proceedings may be continued and concluded and everything in relation thereto may be done in all respects after that date as if this Act had not been enacted.
