Clause 3

Section 12B of the Companies Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsections:“(3) Notwithstanding subsections (1) and (2), an officer of a company may notify the Registrar in the prescribed form of any typographical or clerical error contained in any document relating to the company lodged with the Registrar.(4) The Registrar may, upon receipt of any notification referred to in subsection (3), rectify the registers accordingly.”.
