Clause 15

Amendment of section 20

Section 20 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “entertainments” in subsection (1)(c) and substituting the word “entertainment”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) All rules made under this Act shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.”.
