Register of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners
(1)
The Registrar shall keep a Register of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners which shall —
consist of such parts as the Board may determine; and
contain in the appropriate part the following particulars of every registered person:
his name and address;
the date of his registration;
the qualification by virtue of which he is registered and the date he obtained that qualification; and
such other particulars as the Board may determine.
(2)
The Registrar shall be responsible for the maintenance and custody of the Register.
(3)
A registered person shall inform the Registrar in writing of any change in his name, working address, residential address, or such other particulars as may be prescribed, within 28 days of the change.
(4)
Any person who fails to comply with subsection (3) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
(5)
A person who makes a report of a change in his residential address under section 8 of the National Registration Act (Cap. 201) shall be deemed to have complied with subsection (3) relating to residential address on the date on which he makes the report.
