Clause 21

Appeal

(1)

Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Board under section 19(1) or (2) may, within 30 days of the date of the decision or within such further period as the High Court may allow, appeal to the High Court against the decision.

(2)

There shall be no appeal from a decision of the High Court.
