Clause 1
Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Customs (Amendment) Act 2000 and shall, with the exception of sections 2 to 6 and 10 to 13, come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) Sections 2 to 6 and 10 to 13 shall come into operation on 1st January 2001.
