Clause 11

Amendment of section 30

Section 30 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 35” in the 4th line of subsection (2) and substituting the words “anything in this Act or in regulations made under this Part”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “Scheme” in the 5th line of subsection (3) and in the penultimate line of subsection (4), the words “, if any,”.
