Clause 16

The interest payable on any securities issued under this Act shall be paid at the end of every interest period of such duration as the Minister may determine.

The Minister shall, in each such interest period ending on the day on which interest on securities issued under this Act falls due, appropriate out of the Fund a sum equal to the interest for the appropriate interest period on the whole of the securities so issued in order that the interest for that interest period may be paid therefrom.
