Expenses
(1)
All expenses incidental to or arising from the administration, investment and management of moneys in the Fund or any account established under section 6(1) shall be charged upon and payable out of the Fund or account, as the case may be.
(2)
All expenses incidental to or arising from —
(a)
the raising of any loan and repayment of moneys under this Act; and
(b)
the investment and management of any sinking fund created under this Act,shall be charged upon and payable out of the Fund.
