Amendment of section 9
Section 9 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) Every application shall be made in the prescribed form and shall be accompanied by —
(a)
the prescribed fee;
(b)
a copy of the rules of the trade union; and
(c)
a statement of the prescribed particulars of the members making the application and the officers of the trade union.”.
