Clause 25

Pending proceedings

Any proceedings or cause of action relating to the portion of the property, assets, interests, rights, privileges, liabilities and obligations transferred to the Office under section 21 or to any person transferred to the service of the Office under section 22 pending or existing immediately before the appointed day by or against the Government, or any person acting on its behalf, may be continued and shall be enforced by or against the Office.
