Clause 38

Consequential amendments to other written laws

(1)

The provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the Fourth Schedule are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof.

(2)

The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, repeal or amend any written law which appears to him unnecessary having regard to the provisions of this Act or to be inconsistent with any provision of this Act.
