Clause 8

Directions by Minister

(1)

The Minister may give to the Office such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as he thinks fit as to the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers, and the Office shall give effect to such directions.

(2)

The Office shall furnish the Minister with such information in respect of its property and activities in such manner and at such times as the Minister may require.
