Clause 37
General duties of gas retailer
It shall be the duty of a gas retailer —
(a)
to develop and maintain a safe, efficient, reliable and economical service for the retailing of gas; and
(b)
to carry on its licensed gas business at all times in such manner so as not to prevent, restrict or otherwise hinder the development of competition in any gas market in Singapore.
