Power to reduce supply pressure
A gas transporter may, for operational reasons without incurring any liability for so doing, reduce as it thinks fit the pressure of gas supplied in any case, if at any time it is of the opinion that its gas supply pressure is insufficient for the purposes of maintaining a normal supply of gas, and such pressure shall be restored as soon as reasonably practicable.
