Exclusion of liability for Authority
Notwithstanding the grant of any licence, the Authority shall not be liable in any circumstances for any loss, damage or cost sustained by any person as a result of any default, negligence, breach or wrongful act or omission of any licensee or agent, employee or independent contractor of the licensee.
