Amendment of section 85

Section 85(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “subsection (1)” in the 1st line, the words “or any other provision of this Act”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “in” in the 3rd line of paragraph (b), the words “approved schools, approved homes,”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “of” in paragraph (c), the words “a governing board,”; and

(d)

by inserting, immediately after the word “of” where it first appears in the 1st line of paragraph (e), the words “approved schools, approved homes,”.
