Amendment of section 16
Section 16 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “child” wherever it appears in the 2nd, 13th, 16th, 18th, 22nd, 24th and 28th lines, the words “or young person”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “copies of the child’s and the person’s photographs,” in the 14th and 15th lines and substituting the words “copies of the photographs of the child or young person and the photographs of that person,”.
