Clause 13

Exclusion of certain classes of persons

This Part or any provision of this Part shall not apply to —

(a)

such class or classes of female employees;

(b)

such class or classes of self-employed women; and

(c)

such class or classes of employers,as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, specify.
