Notification of change of residence
(1)
Every parent of a member shall notify the Minister of any change in his place of residence.
(2)
Every parent who makes a report of the change of his place of residence under section 8 of the National Registration Act (Cap. 201) shall be deemed to have complied with subsection (1).
