Consequential amendment to Education Endowment Scheme Act

Section 7 of the Education Endowment Scheme Act (Cap. 87A) is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) For the purposes of this Act, there shall be established a fund to be called the Edusave Pupils Fund into which shall be paid —

(a)

all contributions under section 9;

(b)

all income of that Fund; and

(c)

all moneys to be transferred to a member’s Edusave account under the Children Development Co-Savings Act 2001,and out of which shall be met all payments authorised to be paid under this Act.”.
