Repeal of Controlled Premises (Special Provisions) Act
(1)
The Controlled Premises (Special Provisions) Act is repealed.
(2)
The provisions of the Third Schedule shall have effect with respect to the transitional matters on the repeal of the Controlled Premises (Special Provisions) Act.
