Amendment of section 51
Section 51 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “declared by him”, the words “under section 49(7)(a) or (7E)(a) and all the votes cast by overseas electors have been counted or after the result has been declared by him under section 49A(5), as the case may be,”.
