Clause 25

Section 56(6) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “in a ballot box” in the last line, the words “, or after the voter has been authorised to use an approved DRE voting machine to mark or record his vote and before he marks or records his vote at the machine, as the case may be”.
