Saving and transitional provisions
(1)
Any notice, order or direction issued or made under the Banking Act before the appointed day shall be deemed to be a notice, order or direction issued or made under the Banking Act as amended by this Act.
(2)
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, make such other transitional or savings provisions which appear to him to be necessary or expedient.
