Amendment of section 29
Section 29 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (6) and substituting the following subsection:“(6) The Registrar may create a single folio, qualified or unqualified as to title —
(a)
for 2 or more parcels of land even though they may be of different tenure; or
(b)
for one parcel of land, even if that parcel of land comprises land of different tenure.”.
