Amendment of section 47
Section 47 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “bankruptcy proceeding,” in the 8th and 9th lines of subsection (1); and
(b)
by deleting the words “Section 18(2) and (3)” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “Section 15(2) and (3)”.
