Clause 23

Section 90 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “; but if evidence is furnished to the Registrar that a lessor has consented to a dealing by the lessee, the Registrar shall refer to that consent in the memorial of registration of the dealing” in the 3rd to 6th lines.
