Amendment of section 110
Section 110 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “The” in the 1st line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “Subject to subsection (1A), the”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) The Official Assignee shall make such application as referred to in subsection (1) before exercising his rights under the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20) to sell the property.”.
