Clause 33

by deleting the words “Public Utilities Act 1995, the Director-General of Public Works by sections 34 and 35 of the Local Government Integration Act and the Director of Sewerage and Drainage under section 16 of the Water Pollution Control and Drainage Act” in the 3rd to 7th lines and substituting the words “Public Utilities Act 2001 (Act 8 of 2001) and by section 5 of the Sewerage and Drainage Act (Cap. 293A) and the Building Authority by sections 27, 28, 29 and 32 of the Street Works Act (Cap. 320A)”; and

by deleting the marginal references “Cap. 166” and “Cap. 348”.
