Clause 20

Section 2 of the Public Transport Council Act (Cap. 259B) is amended by deleting the definition of “taxi” and substituting the following definition:“ “taxi” means any public service vehicle which is classified as a taxi under the Second Schedule to the Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276).”.
