Amendment of section 115
Section 115(2) of the Patents Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (l);
(b)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (m) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter, the following paragraph:“(n)prescribing anything that is required or permitted to be prescribed under this Act.”.
