Exchanges, etc., may impose additional obligations on members
Nothing in this Division shall prevent a securities exchange, futures exchange or clearing house from imposing on its members any additional obligation or requirement which it thinks is necessary with respect to —
(a)
the audit of accounts;
(b)
the information to be given in reports by auditors; or
(c)
the keeping of books.
