Clause 130
Application of this Division
(1)
This Division shall apply to a person who is —
(a)
a holder of a capital markets services licence to deal in securities and a representative of such a holder;
(b)
a holder of a capital markets services licence to advise on corporate finance and a representative of such a holder; or
(c)
a holder of a capital markets services licence for fund management and a representative of such a holder.
(2)
In this Division, a reference to securities is a reference to securities which are listed for quotation, or quoted, on a securities exchange or recognised trading system provider.
