Production of register
(1)
The Authority may require any person to whom this Division applies to produce for inspection the register of his interests in securities, and the Authority may make a copy of, or extracts from, the register.
(2)
Any person who fails —
(a)
to produce the register of his interests in securities for inspection by the Authority; or
(b)
to allow the Authority to make a copy of, or extracts from, the register,shall be guilty of an offence.
