Self-incrimination
A person is not excused from disclosing information to the Authority pursuant to a requirement made of him under section 142, 143 or 144 on the ground that the disclosure of the information might tend to incriminate him but, where the person claims, before making the statement, that the statement might tend to incriminate him, that statement —
(a)
shall not be admissible in evidence against him in criminal proceedings other than proceedings under section 148; but(b)shall be admissible in evidence for civil proceedings under Part XII.
