Proceedings at examination
The provisions of this Subdivision shall apply where, pursuant to a requirement made under section 154 for the purposes of an investigation under this Division, a person (referred to in this Subdivision as the examinee) appears before another person (referred to in this Subdivision as the investigator) for examination.
