Power of securities exchange or futures exchange to make advances to fund
(1)
A securities exchange or futures exchange may, out of its general funds, give or advance any sum of money to its fidelity fund on such terms as it thinks fit.
(2)
Any sum of money advanced by a securities exchange or futures exchange under subsection (1) may be repaid out of the fidelity fund to the general funds of the securities exchange or futures exchange, as the case may be.
