Payment of claims only from fund
No moneys or other property belonging to a securities exchange or futures exchange, other than the fidelity fund, shall be available for the payment of any claim under this Part, whether the claim is allowed by the securities exchange or futures exchange or is made the subject of an order of the High Court.
